Products are (As-is) Policy

  • Manufacturing Variations: Funko’s policy explicitly states they cannot replace items based on "minor product imperfections" or "figure positioning". Minor, unavoidable glue residue from assembly is usually classified in this category.
  • Definition of Defective: A "defective" item, which is eligible for return, generally includes broken, missing parts, or severe, disfiguring issues.
  • Products may have issues. I do not remove pops from boxes so i can inspect them if you ask and provide you photos. 
    I do not accept returns so let’s resolve any issues before i ship the item ok so we all agree.
  • If you do not like the way the funko looks in the photos that i send, the order can be cancelled with no issues or hard feelings. I try to be fair to everyone. Work with me and ill work with you!!
  • If you do not reply to messages i will ship the item and you accepted the terms and conditions of the pop. I will ensure i do my best to package the item safely so it can arrive to you as safely as possible
